A year has passed since Rita and her family moved to Oakville. By all accounts it was the right decision, and they cherish the experience with Carlos and PCM. “We love it, we’re very happy here. We love being right by the lake, seeing the water. We’re very happy to have chosen this area… and, of course, this builder!”
